– You can choose a different scent each time

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded. Within those rights, returns or refunds may be offered at our discretion where:

 

– The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

– The request is made within a reasonable return window of delivery

– Proof of purchase is provided

 

Opened filters, used products or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, except where the law requires it. Contact our support team for help with a return or refund.

The Lifetime Warranty is given in addition to any rights you have under New Zealand law.
